Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and, where applicable, prescription verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery timeline
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities — 2–5 business days.
- Other cities and towns — 3–7 business days.
- Remote locations — 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email.
Delivery attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Prescription medicines
Prescription medicines will only be dispatched after successful verification of a valid prescription, where required by law.
